RETURNS AND CHANGES

If your order does not satisfy you for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in perfect condition and unused, with the original labels. Items that are returned must not have been washed, used or altered in any way. We will not accept the return of clothing, jewelry, beauty products whose hygienic closure has been removed or broken, or personalized items.

This Return Policy does not affect the legal rights granted by applicable law, including the right of revocation or legal guarantee.

The amount paid for the items will be refunded to your account using the original form of payment, unless otherwise stated. You will receive an email confirming the completion of the return process.

All returns or exchanges will be made by postal mail (according to the “terms of delivery” policy) of the purchased product and must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Securely package your product. Try using the original box and shipping materials.

The label with the return address will be sent to you by email, only for Spain.

The returns outside of Spain will be the carriage on behalf of the client. The return for change will be free, being the postage by Postal Mail of the country where the return is made. If there is a manufacturing defect, the return postage will be paid by the web. Anna Milan

You can return your package at any post office in Spain.

It is your responsibility to package, label and ship the product correctly. Keep the receipt of the shipment as a guarantee of the operation. If you decide to use another courier service or shipping method to return the item instead of the return label, you must bear the cost of the return.

If we receive an item in bad condition, we may have to return it to you.
