RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If your order does not satisfy you for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in perfect condition and unused, with the original labels. Returned items must not have been washed, used, or altered in any way. We will not accept the return of clothing, jewelry, beauty products whose toilet seal has been removed or is broken, or personalized items.

This Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights under applicable law, including the right of revocation or the legal guarantee.

The amount paid for the items will be refunded to your account using the original form of payment, unless otherwise stated. You will receive an email confirming the completion of the return process.

All returns or exchanges will be at the customer’s expense for shipping and returns (according to the “shipping terms” policy) of the purchased product and must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Securely package your product. Please try to use the original box and shipping materials.

Returns in Spain and outside Spain shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If there is a manufacturing defect, the shipping and return will be paid by the web. Anna Milan.

For returns in Spain of your package it is advisable to use any post office in Spain.

It is your responsibility to package, label and ship the product correctly. Keep the proof of shipment as a guarantee of the operation.

If we receive an item in poor condition, we may need to return it to you.
